- Length 6h per day (Saturday and Sunday), 3 hours for glazing. In total 15 hours.

- Included all materials and firings for one large vessel, tea & coffee.

- Level Great for anyone wanting to make larger vessels (20+kg). Previous experience with making clay pots is recommended.
The workshop will be focusing on making a large clay vessel using a combination of coiling and throwing techniques stemming from Thailand.
Day 1 Saturday 22nd April begins at 10:00 -16:00
Jan Christian introduces us to the techniques and then he’ll demonstrate by starting a big pot. Following the demonstration we will plan the pot you want to make, prepare our clay and start your own pot with the guidance of Jan Christian.
Day 2 Sunday 23rd April begins at 10:00-16:00
We will continue working on the pots from day one and finish them by the end of the workshop.
Day 3 Friday 19th May begins at 17:00-20:00
Birgitte Munck will be leading the glazing session.
Your work will be fired twice and individually in the kiln. All pieces are bisque- and glazefired. Glazes are ready to pour in/over your works
Your finished pieces can be picked up at the studio within 1-2 weeks after finishing the Masterclass. Booking and payment are binding. If the class gets cancelled, you will receive a voucher for a new class. Unfortunately, we don’t refund classes.
