Order Processing, delivery, refunds & returns
Following creditcards are accepted: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Euro/Mastercard, and PayPal.
Shipping costs are calculated, before check-out. If your country is not listed and you cannot check out. Please drop a short email and I will calculate a price and set it up for you.
When placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Internet orders are usually processed within 4-5 business days and shipped on Mondays each week. Weekends and major holidays are not included in the processing time. Some variation may occur with our postal providers meaning that delivery could take longer than estimated and may be out of my control. During public holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter weekend etc.) please be aware that deliveries may take a little longer than under normal circumstances.
If you need something for a specific date, perhaps as a gift, you can email me directly on email@example.com, and I will try to accommodate your request. Please note that a quicker delivery time may incur additional charges. These can be discussed on a case-by-case basis and the option may not always be possible.
Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct. Munck Ceramics cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues that may arise due to incorrect address details. If you indicate that a package can be left at your home or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct when you place your order. If you discover any mistakes in your information, please contact to me as soon as possible, and I will hopefully be able to correct it before shipping. Once the order has been dispatched, I am unable to redirect it. Products are delivered from door to door by Iceland Post to all countries.
I use the Icelandic Postal Service and DROPP courier service, depending on the type and size of piece ordered. A signature is sometimes required on delivery. You can choose to collect from my home address free of charge. Please make sure to have made an appointment with me prior to collection. My address is 24 Framnesvegur, 101 Reykjavik.
SHIPPING IN ICELAND
Delivery takes up to 7 business days.
Delivery worldwide can take up to 15-30 days. Deliveries are subjected to duties and taxes according to the receiving country’s laws.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For shipping outside Iceland Munck Ceramics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
You may cancel your order at any time providing it has not already been shipped. To cancel, please contact me as soon as possible, quoting your name and the order reference number. If the pieces already have been shipped, a cancellation is not possible. In this case, please follow the return policy below.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I hope that you will be very happy with your purchase but understand that in some cases you may change your mind and wish to return an item and seek a refund. If this is the case, you need to let me know in writing no later than 14 days after the date on which you received the products.
Please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org your contact details and order details, telling me why you are returning an item. You will be contacted by me explaining the next steps.
To qualify for a full refund, you must notify Munck Ceramics you will be returning the item within 14 working days from the date you received the products, you then have 14 days from this date to return your purchase.
I am unable to offer free returns.
The piece must not be used before returning it. Please wrap and pack very carefully, to be sure that the returned items are not damaged during shipping. If broken upon receival, a refund cannot be issued.

Only delivery to the above address is accepted. NOT to parcel drop boxes, COD or similar. Once the pieces are received and reviewed, a refund will be issued to your bank account, excluding shipping costs.
Munck Ceramics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
