ORDERING

When you place an order, you will need to detail your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit/debit details. For your security, we do not store your credit/debit card details. 

When your request has been processed you will be notified by email with a receipt of your order, you can then check if all the details are correct.

A contact telephone number is essential so that we can quickly reach you if we need to discuss your order and is a requirement for delivery by courier.

PAYMENT

Payment for all orders is at point of sale and not at point of despatch. Payment is made using our online payment facility through SHOPIFY and you can pay by credit/debit card and PayPal. 

The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered with delivery included, unless clearly marked otherwise.

By entering card details onto Munck Ceramics system you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to Munck Ceramics, I will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be 18 or over, stipulate a delivery address and possess a valid credit or debit card. Munck Ceramics reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by anyone at any time.

STOCK AND DELIVERY 

All of the items listed on the shop section of the website are available for purchase unless stated otherwise. For a wider range of pieces, you can visit one of the listed resellers.

In the unlikely circumstance a piece purchased is no longer available I will contact you as soon as I can and refund your purchase. I will always aim to meet delivery times quoted on my site, however busier periods may lead to extended delivery times. Please bear in mind that delivery times are estimates. At times of public holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter and bank holidays) delivery may take a little longer. Unfortunately, I cannot fulfil any obligations if I am unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, or if I identify a pricing or product description error.

GIFT CARDS

The Gift Card is not a credit or charge Gift Card. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed in whole or part for cash. The Gift Cards can be exchanged for products online at munckceramics.com – please type the code at check-out in the store. If you arrive at the website from your e-gift card email your gift card balance will be applied automatically, otherwise please add the code at checkout.

The balance on the Gift Card may be used for full or part payment of the purchase. Unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and may be applied to future purchases. Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than its face value upon payment of the difference. 

I may withdraw or cancel the Gift Card and require an alternative form of payment if I suspect that the Gift Card may have been stolen or fraudulently used. Further action may also be taken. Munck Ceramics reserve the right to amend or supplement these conditions or discontinue the Gift Card at any time.

PRODUCTS, PRICING & DESCRIPTIONS

All prices published are in ISK, DKK and EUR. Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description, but please do remember that hand crafted items are all unique.

Munck Ceramics reserve the right to update, amend or remove products from my website at any time.
