Course description We have designed a new and exciting ceramic course focusing on new throwing techniques inspired by Japanese traditions in an 8 week wheel throwing course.

The course will teach you how to thrown off the hump, make larger and similar size pots. We will be using our own mixed clay and also commercial clays. You can make your first teapot, ramen- and rice bowls, and learn how to texture and make faceting on your pieces.

You will receive solid hands-on introduction to the exciting new techniques. Each weekly class is three and a half hours long.

We offer free use of our wide studio selection of tools throughout your course.

Your finished pieces can be picked up at the studio within 2-3 weeks after finishing the course.

Your booking is binding, and it's not possible to switch courses once booked. If the course gets cancelled, you will receive a voucher for a new course. We don’t refund courses.
