5-hour Introductory Workshop
Length of course: 5 hours spread over 2 days
Saturday 3:30pm-6:30pm / Sunday 4:00pm-6pm
For adult beginners
Capacity: 8 students max. per session

Whether you are planning a corporate event, a team-building activity or just want to have fun with friends and family, we would love to welcome you for a workshop away from the distractions of the outside world, surrounded by good energy.

Over the course of a weekend, we will cover the basic steps in throwing basic ceramic shapes such as cylinders, cups and bowls.

Each student will be able to choose a glazing colour from among 3 preselected glazes from the studio. Glazing of your 3 pieces will be done by us.

At the end of the course, students can collect their pieces, once they have been glazed and fired by us. If you don’t live in Reykjavik, we can ship your pieces with an additional cost.

Students should bring :
An apron or a smudge-proof outfit and a towel.
Short fingernails are highly recommended for an optimal throwing experience.
